| File > Publish Web. Location: http://www.yourdomain.com Username: Your Username Password: Your password. | |

What page is loaded when somebody goes to my domain name? |
| Our servers are configured to read "index.html" as the default page to load. It is STRONGLY recommended that you have an "index.html" page in EACH of your directories of your website. Directories without it allow browsing through all your files and exposing to public view files not intended for that purpose. |
| |

After uploading my files, images are missing or links are broken, why? |
| Linux is a case sensitive platform. If you specify for a file called "index.html", and the file is actually "Index.html", it will not work because the server will recognize that as two different files. This is one of the biggest problems for people transferring files from a Windows based computer to our Linux servers. If you encounter this problem, ensure that the hyperlinks on the pages correspond to the exact filenames on your website. If they do not match, you can either modify your hyperlinks and upload the pages again, or rename your files. |

What is Bandwidth or data transfer? |
| Bandwidth is data transfer from your web-site in a one-month period. It includes FTP, POP3, etc. That means your website can handle certain amount of data in one-month period. Larger web-sites need more bandwidth depending on the traffic of your web-site. |
| |

Why do you not offer unlimited traffic/bandwidth usage? |
| Don't believe in unlimited traffic. That's a fake. This is not possible. No provider can really offer this. We have to pay for each GB our network uses, so we have to charge you also. |
| |

What will happen if I exceed my bandwidth limit? |
| When you reach your bandwidth limit, we will notify you through email, saying you have reached your bandwidth limit. There will be options for upgrading. |
| |

How much bandwidth do I need? |
| Let's say your site has 200 visitors per day and you have 10 web-pages total. Each page has 20KB data, including pictures and stuff. So every day your website will use approximately 40MB. That's 1.2GB every month. |
| |

How much space do I need? |
| Depending on the nature of your business, if your site has lots of graphics and you offer programs or software to download, you need more space. If you offer information or projects that won't take too much space, you need less space. |
| |
