How many email accounts am I allowed to have?  
We will allow you to have a maximum of 10 POP3 mail accounts for Starter Package. The rest have of Unlimited POP3 email addresses.
 

How do I create email accounts?  
Go into your CPanel and click "Add/Remove Accounts" under the Mail section. On the next screen click "Add Account" and fill out the information.
 

What is a POP3 account?  
POP3 accounts are email accounts that you can receive email from your visitors on the Internet. They allow you to receive email only .
 

What is email forwarding?  
An email forwarding simply forwards email messages to another email address. It will not have its own storage space, username, or password like a real email address, and must be associated with another email address. Email forwarding have the advantage of sending to more than one address. You can use a forward to distribute email messages to a group of people .
 

Do you offer ‘catch-all' mail?  
Yes.
 

How do I configure Outlook Express to check my email?  
Setup a new account in Outlook Express and use the following details.
  • POP Server: mail.domain.com
  • SMTP Server: mail.domain.com
  • Username: email@domain.com
  • Password: the password you specified when creating the account.
Note: The Outgoing (SMTP) server requires authentication!
If you are using Outlook Express you should check the box 'My server requires authentication'.
