Microsoft Outlook 2003 Email Configuration

Email Account Configuration using Microsoft Outlook 2003
   
 
  1. Open Microsoft Outlook .
  2. Click on Tools > Email Accounts .
  3. On the pop up menu, check on “ Add new e-mail account ” and click on “ Next ” button.
  4. Click on " Add... " button to add new email account.
  5. Check on “POP3” and click on “Next>” button to continue.
  6. Under User Information, fill in Your Name ( example : John ) and E-mail Address.
    ( example : john@yourdomain.com )
  7. Under Server Information, fill in Incoming mail server ( example : mail.yourdomain.com ) and Outgoing mail server ( example : mail.yourdomain.com ).
  8. Under Logon Information, fill in Full Email Address as your User Name and follow by Password.
  9. Click on "More Settings..." button.
  10. Under Internet E-mail Settings, click on Outgoing Server under sub menu.
  11. Check on "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” and select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".
  12. Click on "OK" button.
  13. Click on "Finish" button to complete configuration.
   
 
TIPS :
-
You can add more than 1 email account under Microsoft outlook by repeat same configuration's steps.

Signature configuration using Microsoft Outlook 2003
   
 
  1. Open Microsoft Outlook .
  2. Click on Tools > Options…
  3. Click on "Mail Format" button under sub menu.
  4. Click on "Signatures..." button under Signatures' menu.
  5. Click on "New..." button to create new signature.
    > Give your signature a name.
    > Select "Start with a blank signature".
    > Click on "Next >" button.
    > Fill in your signature's detail.
    > Click on "Finish" button
    > Click on "OK" button.
  6. Click on "Apply" button and follow by "OK" button to finish setting.
   
 
TIPS :
-
Different signature can be assign to different email account with target to new  messages or to replies
  and forwards messages.
